Abstract

Significant correlations were found between affiliative humor and happiness personal improvement, confirming the hypothesis of this paper. This means that positive mood serves as a support against the odds, helps to balance negative events and provides a more realistic view of the situations, showing that the expression of feelings of satisfaction and well-being result in better adaptation and achievement of objectives.
