Abstract
diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo – correlacional.
The research aimed to determine the relationship between suicidal ideation, intrafamily ideation and religiosity in secondary-level students from a state school in Lima. This study has a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptivecorrelational design. 392 male and female students from first to fifth grade of secondary school, aged between 12 and 18 years, were evaluated; the following instruments were used: the Positive and Negative Suicidal Ideation Inventory (PANSI), the Intrafamily Relations Questionnaire and the Religiosity Scale. As a result, a statistically significant and inverse correlation was obtained between the total of suicidal ideation, with the totals of the intrafamily relationship (r = -.522, p ˂ .05) and of religiosity (r = -.167, p ˂ .05). Likewise, there is a significant relationship between positive suicidal ideation with the dimensions of the intrafamily relationship, being directly with expression, and with union and support; and inverse with the dimension difficulties. In addition, a significant and direct relationship was found between the dimensions of religiosity (subjective, organizational and individual) and the union and support of the intrafamily relationship, in contrast to the inverse relationship with total suicidal ideation
