Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal comparar la expresión de libertad según el sentido de vida en personas adultas de Lima Metropolitana asistentes al Centro Psicoterapéutico Logos. Como objetivos específicos se planteó comparar la expresión de cada una de las cinco dimensiones de libertad según el sentido de vida en personas adultas de Lima Metropolitana asistentes al Centro Psicoterapéutico Logos. La hipótesis principal fue que existen diferencias estadísticamente significativas en la expresión de libertad según el sentido de vida, de igual manera respecto a cada dimensión de libertad. El nivel de la investigación fue descriptivo, el tipo fue cuantitativo y sustantivo descriptivo. El diseño fue descriptivo comparativo observacional transversal, enmarcándose dentro de los estudios exploratorios. La muestra consistió en doscientas personas de ambos sexos con edades entre dieciocho y sesenta años que asistieron al Centro Psicoterapéutico Logos. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala Dimensional de los Recursos Noológicos y el Test de Sentido de Vida P.I.L. Los resultados obtenidos confirmaron la hipótesis principal ya que se encontró que existen diferencias significativas en la expresión de libertad según el sentido de vida, donde las personas con claro sentido de vida presentaron mayor expresión de libertad, seguidas por quienes mostraron incertidumbre respecto al sentido de vida y finalmente quienes evidenciaron escaso sentido de vida, confirmando la teoría frankleana. Así mismo no se confirmaron las hipótesis específicas. Palabras clave: libertad, sentido, logoterapia, recursos noológicos.
The main objective of this research was to compare the expression of freedom according to the meaning of life in adults of Metropolitan Lima attending the Logos Psychotherapeutic Center. As specific objectives, it was proposed to compare the expression of each of the five dimensions of freedom according to the meaning of life in adults of Metropolitan Lima attending the Logos Psychotherapeutic Center. The main hypothesis revolved around the existence of statistically significant differences in the expression of freedom according to the meaning of life, in the same way with respect to each dimension of freedom. The level of research was descriptive, the type was quantitative and descriptive noun. The design was cross-sectional observational descriptive, being framed within exploratory studies. The sample consisted of two hundred people of both sexes between the ages of eighteen and sixty who attended the Logos Psychotherapeutic Center. The instruments used were the Dimensional Scale of Noological Resources and the Life Meaning Test P.I.L. The results obtained confirmed the main hypothesis since it was found that there are significant differences in the expression of freedom according to the meaning of life, where people with a clear meaning of life presented greater expression of freedom, followed by those who showed uncertainty regarding the meaning of life and finally those who showed little meaning of life, confirming the Frankl theory. Likewise, the specific hypotheses were not confirmed.
