Abstract
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el duelo y el nivel de resiliencia en familiares de fallecidos por COVID-19 en Lima Metropolitana en 201 personas entre 18 a 80 años, que se encuentren en duelo por uno o más familiares fallecidos a consecuencia de la COVID-19 de La Iglesia Bíblica Emmanuel. Los instrumentos usados fueron el Inventario de Texas Revisado de Duelo (ITRD) adaptado por García-García et al. (2005) y la Escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young (1993) adaptada por Castilla et al. (2014). Se encontró que no existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el duelo y la resiliencia (Rho=-0.068, no significativo), lo que indica que la resiliencia de los familiares de fallecidos por COVID-19 no influye en su proceso de duelo.
This research aims to determine the relationship between grief and the level of resilience in family members of those who died of COVID-19 in Lima Metropolitana and 201 people between 18 and 80 years of age who are experiencing grief by one or more family members because of la COVID-19 of La Iglesia Bíblica Emmanuel. The instruments used were the Inventario de Texas Revisado de Duelo (ITRD) adapted by García-García et al. (2005) and the Escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young (1993) adapted by Castilla et al. (2014). It was found that there is no statistically significant relationship between the duel and the resilience (Rho=-0.068, no significant), which indicates that the resilience of the relatives of deceased by COVID-19 does not influence their grieving process.
