Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio es diseñar un Complejo Educativo Residencial, que consta de una zona educativa, cultural, residencial y recreativa, el cual está ubicado en el distrito de La Molina, ciudad de Lima, el cual cuenta con una población estudiantes de 30,828 alumnos, ahondando en el Método Learning Street y sus aportes a las edificaciones educativas; se tiene en consideración que el alcance de estudio es de 379 personas entre estudiantes y maestros. Para este proyecto el diseño de la investigación es descriptiva y la recopilación de datos es llevada a cabo a través de investigación y análisis documental enfocado principalmente en el desarrollo de los espacios educativos y el impacto que
tienen estos espacios en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, y de esta manera tener como resultado un complejo educativo que incorpora los espacios de circulación y los espacios residuales de todos los edificios que los componen, con el propósito de impulsar el aprendizaje continuo e impactar de manera
positiva en los procesos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
The objective of this study is to design a Residential Educational Complex, consisting of an educational, cultural, residential and recreational area. It is located in the district of La Molina, city of Lima, has a student population of 30,828 students. It is based on the Learning Street Method and the contributions to the educational buildings. The extent for this study is 379 persons involving students and teachers. In this project, the research design is descriptive. The data collection is developed through an investigation and documentary analysis mainly focused on the educational spaces development and the impact of these spaces on the students’ learning process. Thus, the aim of having an educational complex that integrates circulation and residual spaces in all the buildings that are part of it is achieved. The aim is to boost an ongoing learning process and to have a positive impact on the students’ learning processes.
