Abstract
La presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva cuya finalidad fue encontrar los esquemas maladaptivos tempranos desarrollados por madres adolescentes residentes en un centro de atención residencial (CAR). La muestra estuvo constituida por 24 de estas jóvenes, cuyas edades oscilan entre 13 y 19 años. El instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario de esquemas de Young 3era. Edición, así como una ficha demográfica para obtener datos descriptivos sobre la muestra. Al obtener los resultados se encontró que el esquema predominante en la muestra fue el abandono con un 50.0%. Se observaron también otros esquemas como: privación emocional, desconfianza y abuso, aislamiento social, dependencia, vulnerabilidad, subyugación, autosacrificio, búsqueda de aprobación, pesimismo e inhibición emocional. Otro de los resultados obtenidos y que respaldan nuestra hipótesis fue el hecho de que la mayoría de los esquemas predominantes corresponden a la Dimensión de Desconexión y rechazo en el 41.7% de la muestra. Esto nos indica que la necesidad central no cubierta fue el contacto y afecto seguro.
This research is descriptive, its purpose was to find early maladaptive schemas developed by adolescent mothers living in a residential care. The sample consisted of 24 of these young people, aged between 13 and 19 years. The instrument applied was the Young Schema Questionnaire 3rd. Edition and a demographic form to obtain descriptive data on the sample. When we obtained the results, we found that the predominant pattern in the sample was 50% abandonment. Other schemas were also observed such as emotional deprivation, mistrut and abuse, social isolation, dependency, vulnerability, subjugation, sel-sacrifice, approval seeking, pessimism and emotional inhibition. Other result obtained which supports our hypothesis, was that most predominant patterns correspond to the dimension of disconnection and rejection in 41.7% of the sample. This indicates that the main need which was not covered was contact and secure attachment.
