Abstract
El presente estudio buscó examinar el vínculo entre la autoeficacia, la resiliencia y el desgaste psíquico en docentes universitarios. Para tal fin se eligió un estudio no experimental y transversal, empleando la Escala de sentimiento de autoeficacia en el profesor (Covarrubias-Apablaza & Mendoza-Lira, 2016), el Inventario de burnout de Maslach (Fernández, 2002) y la Escala de resiliencia (ER-14; Sánchez-Teruel & Robles-Bello, 2015), los cuales fueron validados para el presente estudio. La muestra quedó constituida por 318 docentes universitarios de Lima, entre los 30 y 70 años de edad, siendo la media 43 años, en su mayoría mujeres (86%). Los datos muestran relaciones significativas entre las dimensiones de las variables, excepto entre baja realización personal y eficacia en el manejo de las clases. Finalmente, se halló relación significativa entre las variables resiliencia, autoeficacia docente y desgaste psíquico en la muestra estudiada
The aim of this study was analyze the link between self efficacy, resilience and psychic burnout in university teachers, through a non-experimental and crosssectional study. Maslach Burnout inventory (Fernández, 2002), Resilience Scale (ER-14; Sánchez-Teruel & Robles-Bello, 2015) and Teacher Self Efficacy Scale (Covarrubias-Apablaza & Mendoza-Lira, 2016) were validated for this research. The dimensions of the variables were statistically related excluding low level of personal accomplishments and self efficacy in classrooms management. Finally, found relevant relationship between the variables resilience, teaching self-efficacy and psychic burnout in the sample studied
