Abstract
El objetivo primordial del presente trabajo de investigación es identificar las prácticas parentales declarativas en las familias de la comunidad campesina de Huerta, Anta – Cusco. Esta investigación es cuantitativa de nivel descriptivo, de tipo básica y diseño no experimental. La técnica o instrumento que se usó es el ‘cuestionario de prácticas parentales de Robinson y Cols’, el cual fue diseñado para examinar las prácticas y estilos de crianza según la clasificación de Baumrind. Los participantes de estudio fueron 24 padres de familia de la comunidad de Huerta, Anta-Cusco quienes tienen hijos de las edades de 2 años a 6 años. Los resultados evidenciaron lo siguiente: el estilo autoritativo se presenta en un porcentaje de 79.2, el estilo autoritario en un 54.1 %y el tercer estilo permisivo en un 37.5%. Se concluye que el estilo autoritativo o democrático es el que predomina en los padres de familia de la comunidad de Huerta.
The primary objective of the current research is to identify declarative parenting practices within families of the rural community of Huerta, Anta – Cusco. This study is quantitatively descriptive, characterized as basic and employing a non-experimental design. The technique or instrument utilized is the 'Parental Practices Questionnaire' developed by Robinson and colleagues, designed to examine parenting practices and styles according to Baumrind's classification. The study participants consisted of 24 parents from the community of Huerta, Anta-Cusco, with children aged between 2 and 6 years. The results revealed the following: the authoritative style is present at a rate of 79.2%, the authoritarian style at 54.1%, and the permissive style at 37.5%. It is concluded that the authoritative or democratic style predominates among parents in the Huerta community.
