dc.description.abstractLa investigación que tiene por título Programa “Humor” para el funcionamiento psicológico positivo en madres de menores con autismo en Lima tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto del programa “Humor” en el funcionamiento psicológico positivo de madres de menores con Trastorno del Espectro Autista que asisten a un centro de educación básica especial público en el distrito de Chorrillos. El enfoque fue cuantitativo y cualitativo, el nivel de investigación fue explicativo y descriptivo, de tipo aplicada y con diseño cuasi experimental y de análisis de contenido. La muestra estuvo conformada por un grupo experimental y un grupo control. El grupo experimental estuvo conformado por 6 madres y el grupo control por 9 madres. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Funcionamiento Psicológico Positivo de Merino y Privado con pre test y post test a ambos grupos y una entrevista semi estructurada al grupo experimental al finalizar el programa. En los resultados hallados desde el enfoque cuantitativo, no se evidenciaron cambios efectivos en el funcionamiento psicológico positivo de las madres que participaron del grupo experimental y tampoco se observaron diferencias significativas en el funcionamiento psicológico positivo entre el grupo experimental y el grupo control al finalizar el programa. Con respecto a los resultados desde el enfoque cualitativo se pudo observar que el programa tuvo un impacto en la vida de las participantes, sobre todo con relación a la importancia y al uso del humor en las diferentes áreas de sus vidas.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThis research called "Humor" Program for positive psychological functioning in mothers of children with autism in Lima intended to evaluate the effect of the "Humor" program on the positive psychological functioning of mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder who attend to a public special basic education center in the district of Chorrillos. The approach was quantitative and qualitative, the level of research was explicative and descriptive, of an applied type and with a quasi-experimental design and content analysis. The sample consisted of an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group consisted of 6 mothers and the control group by 9 mothers. The instruments used were the Positive Psychological Functioning Scale developed by Merino y Privado with pre-test and post-test for both groups and a semi-structured interview with the experimental group at the end of the program. In the results found from the quantitative approach, there were no effective changes in the positive psychological functioning of the mothers who participated in the experimental group and no significant differences were observed in the positive psychological functioning between the experimental group and the control group at the end of the program. Regarding the results from the qualitative approach, it was observed that the program had an impact on the lives of the participants, especially in relation to the importance and use of humor in the different areas of their lives.es_PE
