Reflexiones y antecedentes en torno a los fundamentos de la universidad peruana y su autonomía

Abstract

El trabajo se propuso reflexionar acerca de los antecedentes y orígenes de la universidad peruana, sus fundamentos en su proceso de desarrollo hasta la conquista de su Autonomía y cómo ésta influyó en su desarrollo hasta la ley 30220. Para alcanzar este objetivo se realizó una revisión documental con un diseño exploratorio a través del análisis de la literatura, por el cual se partió del contexto universal del conocimiento, que incide en la riqueza del mundo antiguo que alimentó a la Universidad Europea, cuna de la institución universitaria. Asimismo, el proceso de desarrollo de la universidad peruana, la conquista de su Autonomía y cómo ésta genera las libertades para incorporar la ciencia y la tecnología. En cuanto a la Autonomía, se analiza sus fundamentos, aplicación, hasta la dación de la ley 30220. Se concluye que después de varios siglos de creación desde el siglo XV, la universidad peruana recién a partir de la década del 30 del siglo XX, con la conquista de su Autonomía cumplió su rol de creación de conocimientos.

The work was proposed to reflect on the background and origins of the Peruvian university, its foundations in its development process until the conquest of its Autonomy and how this influenced its development until the law 30220. To achieve this objective, a documentary review was conducted with an exploratory design through the analysis of literature, by which the universal context of knowledge, which affects the wealth of the ancient world that fed the European University, cradle of the university institution, was the starting point. Likewise, the development process of the Peruvian university, the conquest of its autonomy and how this generates the freedom to incorporate science and technology. As for the Autonomy, its foundations and application are analyzed until the enactment of law 30220. It is concluded that after several centuries of creation since the XV century, the Peruvian university only fulfilled its role of knowledge creation in the 30’s of the XX century with the conqst of its Autonomy.
