Abstract

To validate the information collected and to ensure that the results obtained are as accurate as possible, the strategies of peer review and verification of members, proposed by Cresswell, were applied. The results made it possible to identify the characteristics that teachers possess, as well as the conditions that allow to properly constitute a CPA in the institutional management process.
