Reclutamiento y selección para puesto administrativo en empresa pesquera en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación es realizar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección en una empresa consultora del rubro pesquero, teniendo como objetivo el identificar y presentar los motivos cuantitativos y cualitativos para elegir al mejor candidato para la posición requerida. Para lograr ello, se revisó la bibliografía actualizada acerca de cómo se ejecuta un proceso de reclutamiento y selección en estos tiempos, al igual que, se consideró bibliografía de autores importantes dentro de este rubro, a pesar de la antigüedad de ellos. Posterior, en base a la metodología bibliográfica, se procedió a realizarlo dentro del proceso de la empresa, utilizando una entrevista estructurada por competencias, observación de conducta y pruebas psicológicas virtuales debido a la coyuntura por Covid 19.

The purpose of this research is to carry out the recruitment and selection process in a consulting company in the fishing industry, with the objective of identifying and presenting the quantitative and qualitative reasons to choose the best candidate for the required position. To achieve this, the updated bibliography about how a recruitment and selection process is carried out in these times was reviewed, as well as the bibliography of important authors within this field, despite their antiquity. Subsequently, based on the bibliographic methodology, it was carried out within the company process, using an interview structured by competencies, behavioral observation and virtual psychological tests due to the situation by Covid 19.
