Abstract
La presente investigación que lleva por título repercusión del taller preventivo “Que el sida no decida”, en estudiantes de educación secundaria en Lima. Tuvo como objetivo conocer el nivel de información sobre el VIH- SIDA
Esta investigación fue de tipo transaccional descriptivo con pre test y post test llamado “¿Cuánto conoces del VIH-SIDA?” el cual está dirigido a evaluar el nivel de conocimiento en cuatro aspectos: Prevención, Tratamiento, Transmisión y Diagnostico. Cabe resaltar que este cuestionario es una adaptación del test de conocimientos aplicado en el estudio realizado por la Oficina Regional de Educación de UNESCO para América Latina y el Caribe en su trabajo titulado: Proyecto de Incorporación de la Prevención del VIH-SIDA en la Formación Docente.
Para esta investigación se tuvo como población y muestra a los 21 alumnos de tercer grado del nivel secundaria entre hombres y mujeres a quienes se le aplico el pre test, el taller y el post test.
El taller “¿Qué el SIDA no decida?” presenta ocho sesiones y esta prolongada bajo los lineamientos de la metodología activa y orientando a trabajar los cuatro aspectos que contiene el test empleado.
Los resultados obtenidos en el pre test fue que el 52,38% se encontraban en un nivel de desaprobatorio. Y el 47.62% en el nivel aprobatorio. Después de la aplicación del taller el 4,76% se encontraban en un nivel desaprobatorio y el 95,24% en un nivel aprobatorio. Es decir que después de la aplicación del taller 20 alumnos se encuentran en un nivel de conocimiento optimo, lo cual refleja que el taller cumple con el objetivo de incrementar en nivel de conocimiento de VIH-SIDA. The present study entitled Impact of preventive workshop AIDS does not decide" on high school students in Lima. is aimed at knowing the level of information on HIV-AIDS. This research was transactional descriptive with a pretest and post-test called How much you Know about HIV-AIDS?" Which is aimed at assessing the level of knowledge in four areas: Prevention, Treatment, Transmission and Diagnosis. It is worthy to distinguish that this questionnaire is adapted from the test of learning applied to the study by the regional office of education of UNESCO for Latin America and the Caribbean in his work entitled project on mainstreaming HIV-AIDS prevention in teacher education. For this research we had a sample with 21maleand female students which are studying at 3rd grade in high school who applied for the pretest, the workshop and the posttest. The workshop "AIDS does not decide" Presented eight sessions and was programmed under the guidelines of the active work oriented methodology and the four aspects containing the test used. The results obtained in the pretest was 52.38% which were in a good outcome level but 47.62% in an unsuccessful level. After the sessions of the workshop 4.76% in an unsuccessful level but 95.24% were in a successful one. That means 20 out of 21 students are in a good learning level, showing that the workshop fulfils the objective of increasing level of HIV-AIDS learning.
