Abstract
This study aims to describe the interaction between the strategies used by teachers and parents in the development of phonological awareness of preschool students in the context of online education. The research was mixed - approach, with a great emphasis on qualitative methodology. The participants were 21 first grade elementary students, 13 parents and 2 teachers. To Assess the level phonological awareness, the Pre-reading Skills Test (PTH) was used. In addition, information was collected from parents through a survey, while teachers were interviewed using a specific guide. The latter were evaluated by expert to determine their validity. The result allowed us to identify some aspects that describe the interaction between parents and teachers for the development of phonological awareness. 1) Openness for the learning of various didactic resources for the sake of effective interaction between the agent involved; 2) Dynamic, multidirectional and multimodal communication (verbal and gestural); 3) Need for a dynamic connection between assessment and practices for the development of phonological awareness; 4) Finding a balance between norms and motivation for teaching phonological awareness in a context of crisis; 5) Relevance of the organization of spaces and resources of the home to guarantee the learning of phonological awareness. Research points to the importance of maintaining fluid communication.
