The guiding idea of the project is the iconographies of the Chancay culture, contemplating this taking, we obtain as a result, a design that expresses orthogonal forms generating integrity within the context. The volumes of the cultural center of the district of Chancay, are located around internal squares that are the central nuclei, where they connect internally with the workshops, cafeteria, etc. In the case of the recreational center, the volumes are internally turned by means of a central axis that serves as circulation towards the slabs, children's games, skeaterpark and ends at a viewpoint that faces towards the beach. The project has 7 areas, developed in a total land of 19,384.2 m2, the cultural center has two income, the main entrance is on May 2, and the secondary street s / n, in the case of Recreational center has two income, the main one for the 2nd street of May and the other for the street s / n. Currently the district of Chancay has private recreational areas (skeaterpark and a stadium); But in order to access them, a request must be made in advance to the Municipality, requesting the permission required for its use. As for cultural, the district has the castle of Chancay, where tours and exhibitions are held that provide the knowledge of what was the culture of Chancay. Broadly speaking, a cultural space must be understood, on the one hand, as a place where people can access and participate in the arts and cultural goods in their capacity as public, as an engine that encourages the encounter, coexistence and recognition Identity of the community. Therefore, the cultural center that is proposed must acquire a symbolic component in the social group in which it will be inserted. The general idea of this project is to create a recreational-cultural center, with the purpose of generating in the district a better quality of life for the inhabitants, where it appears as a letter to solve most of the problems associated with this (recreational) And repotencing the cultural. The project is seen as a good alternative to achieve comfort, well-being and integration of the entire population through activities, which according to the analyzes that were given through visits and information data; The lack of public spaces free of this type of project in the area was concluded. The environments that will count on the cultural area will be: occupational and cultural workshops (crafts and sculpture, painting, Peruvian dances and modern dances, crafts, computation, carpentry, baking and bakery); Showroom, sum, library and cafeteria. The environments that will count the recreational center will be the following: children's games, sports slabs, picnic areas, restaurant, food court, sckeatepark and mirador. One of the purposes that this project will generate will not only be for the inhabitants, but also for the tourists, because it will have a cultural environment, where the public can also participate in the general activities that are offered. In addition to the activities that will be carried out in the project, the economic theme will be a great contribution to the district, in this way to be able to encourage the population to implement with new projects that can be given to future in benefits of them. Nowadays the security issue is having a great relevance within the architecture, that is why the project also contemplates a contingency plan, which will help us a quick evacuation of children, youth, adults, adults of the third Age and people with disabilities, through signposting and assistance from the people in charge of civil defense. CLOCK BLOCK is used in the outer walls. A concrete and cement conglomerate (CMC) is a lightweight concrete composed of wood chips of homogeneous texture, mineralized and bonded with Portland cement. The material is resistant to water, ice and moisture, is breathable and innocuous, responding to all principles of bioconstruction, which will allow a sustainable building. The internal partitions will be DRYWALL ST, RH and RF, both with a fiberglass interior to create an acoustic environment. In the trails are used gray steel printed concrete, much of the local materials such as sand, wood (for pergolas) are not taken into account in order not to interfere in a negative way with the landscape, exclusive use is made of Trees, shrubs and flowers that are destined for the area according to the characteristics that are coupled to the type of soil and climate.
