Abstract
El presente estudio contribuye a proporcionar mayores conocimientos acerca de la actitud docente, educación inclusiva y barreras educativas para los estudiantes con discapacidad en aulas inclusivas. Se ha considerado como variable de la investigación a la actitud docente frente a la inclusión educativa, para comparar el nivel de actitud de docentes en una escuela pública y en una escuela privada. El método de la investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, de tipo básico y diseño descriptivo simple. La técnica de la encuesta proporcionó información mediante el cuestionario “Escala de Actitudes de los Profesores hacia la Inclusión Educativa”. La muestra seleccionada fue de 30 docentes de una Institución Educativa Privada y 30 docentes de una Institución Educativa Pública. Los resultados indican que el mayor porcentaje de docentes de una escuela privada muestra una actitud ambivalente frente a los docentes de una escuela pública y que el mayor porcentaje de docentes de una escuela pública muestra una actitud muy negativa frente a los docentes de una escuela privada.
The present study contributes to provide more knowledge about teachers' attitudes, inclusive education and educational barriers for students with disabilities in inclusive classrooms. The research variable considered was the teacher's attitude towards inclusive education, to compare the level of attitude of teachers in a public school and in a private school. The research method is quantitative, descriptive, basic and simple descriptive design. The survey technique provided information through the questionnaire "Scale of Teachers' Attitudes towards Educational Inclusion". The selected sample consisted of 30 teachers from a Private Educational Institution and 30 teachers from a Public Educational Institution. The results indicate that the highest percentage of teachers in a private school show an ambivalent attitude towards teachers in a public school and that the highest percentage of teachers in a public school show a very negative attitude towards teachers in a private school.
