Conocimientos sobre el sexting, de las tutoras de una escuela superior pedagógica de Lima

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio cuyo propósito es explorar los conocimientos y apreciaciones sobre el sexting en docentes tutores de una Escuela Superior Pedagógica de Lima. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico – hermenéutico. El muestreo se realizó por conveniencia, técnica no probabilística. Los resultados permiten inferir que las docentes tutoras, tienen un nivel de formación profesional favorable, tienen conocimiento de esta problemática y se hallan en condiciones óptimas de asistir psicológicamente a sus estudiantes, en caso de presentarse o detectarse la práctica del sexting en el plantel, así como las medidas que adoptarían en tales circunstancias, entendiendo que el fenómeno es latente en centros con afluencia de adolescentes.

The purpose of this study was to explore the knowledge and appraisals about sexting in tutor teachers of a Pedagogical Superior School of Lima. The research has a qualitative approach with a phenomenological-hermeneutic design. The sampling was carried out by convenience, a non-probabilistic technique. The results allow inferring that the tutor teachers have a favorable level of professional training, are aware of this problem and are in optimal conditions to psychologically assist their students, in case of the occurrence or detection of the practice of sexting in the school, as well as the measures they would adopt in such circumstances, understanding that the phenomenon is latent in centers with an influx of adolescents.
