The objective of this study is to analyze whether the practices of the directors of the CETPRO of the UGEL 7 of Metropolitan Lima allow the development of teaching talent. The research was developed according to the qualitative approach, this led to the study starting from the perception of those involved, until their appreciations were progressively triangulated in search of achieving a more real interpretation of the fact. The research is basic and substantive type, whose design is phenomenographic. According to Marton and Booth, (1997 mentioned in Gonzales 2014) this form of research deals with the phenomena from the perspective of the subjects, to identify and describe their actions qualitatively about the understanding and perception of phenomena in their environment. Likewise, the study subjects were eight teachers from the CETPRO of UGEL 7. According to the results found in the present investigation, there is evidence of the existence of specific actions for the development of teaching talent in the different CETPROS, observing, however, that no there is a uniform criterion regarding these actions, being in many cases practiced informally. In addition, it was evidenced that the exceptions in the actions are more a function of the personal commitment of the manager and not of an action planned within the framework of the directive management.es_PE
